A supportive and safe class designed for new mums ready to return to movement while bonding with their baby. Gentle yet effective reformer-based exercises help rebuild core strength, pelvic floor connection, posture, and overall confidence post-pregnancy. Babies are welcome to stay close to mum on a mat or in their capsule, with space provided for feeding and settling as needed.
Perfect for: Postnatal mums (6+ weeks with medical clearance) looking to reconnect with their body in a welcoming community space.
